Dominic Dyer was the driving force behind the formation of the American European Institute in 2004.
Dominic has worked in Government service at both a UK and EU level and has extensive experience of working at a senior level in the public relations and communications fields within both industry and the charitable non profit sectors.
Dominic is currently Executive Director of the American European Institute, Chief Executive of the Crop Protection Association and Executive Chairman of Care for the Wild International.
Dominic is a leading expert on a wide range of issues ranging from American European relations, to international food security and wildlife conservation. He is a writer and broadcaster and regularly speaks at international conferences on foreign policy, agriculture and food and conservation issues.
Dominic is a Fellow of the British American Project, Royal Society of the Arts and the Billion Minds Foundation.
Duncan is semi-retired and maintains his long standing interest in foreign politics and international relations. When in 2005 Dominic suggested he join the Institutes Board of Directors he immediately agreed. He is currently in the process of forming his own web design company (Pitshanger Web) and has designed and built the institutes website.
